About Dr. Dorian Cucereanu

At his self-titled practice, cosmetic dentist Dr. Dorian Cucereanu, DDS, provides complete oral health care to people of all ages living in and around Midtown Manhattan and throughout New York City.

Dr. Cucereanu was born and raised in Moldova. He began his professional pursuits at Iuliu Hațieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy (UMF) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, earning his undergraduate degree.

After graduation, Dr. Cucereanu moved to the United States and enrolled at the New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry in New York City, obtaining his doctor of dental surgery.

Dr. Cucereanu opened his practice in 2004. In the nearly 20 years since, he’s focused on providing high-quality oral health care to individuals and families. Dr. Cucereanu is a caring clinician with special interests in cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and restorative dentistry. He also provides dental implant placement, root canals, and orthodontics with Invisalign®.

Dr. Cucereanu takes a patient-centric approach to dentistry. He never rushes through appointments and performs all of the procedures himself, ensuring positive outcomes and beautiful smiles.
